Frequently Asked Questions
What does "one season" mean?
There are two seasons: summer and winter. Your storage fee covers one season — roughly 6 months — until your next changeover. If your tires aren't retrieved within a reasonable timeframe, an extended storage fee may apply.
Does the price change if I only have 3 tires, or if they're on rims?
No. We price per set, not per tire or rim type. Whether your tires are mounted on rims or bare, and whether you have 2 or 4 in the set, the price stays the same.
How do I know you won't lose my tires?
Every set is labeled with your name and scanned into a specific bin in our warehouse at pickup. Once stored, you'll receive a confirmation. We know exactly where your tires are at all times.
Why shouldn't I just store them in my garage?
Garages aren't climate-controlled — moisture swings and UV exposure cause rubber to crack prematurely, making tires far more likely to blow out. Our facility keeps tires in stable, cool, dry conditions that extend their life and protect your family on the road.
Can you deliver my tires to my mechanic?
Yes — that's included in the plan. When you're ready for your changeover, just let us know where you'd like them delivered and we'll bring them straight to your mechanic or service centre of choice.
How much notice do I need to give?
We ask for at least 1 week's notice to schedule your pickup or delivery window. The earlier you reach out before the season change, the better your timing options — spots fill up fast.
